Regard raised $61 million in Series B funding in July 2024 led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, valuing the company at $350 million. This follows earlier rounds of $5 million seed (2021) and $15.3 million Series A (2022).
The company has established enterprise partnerships with major health systems including Banner Health (33 acute care hospitals across six states) and Sentara Health (12 hospitals in Virginia and North Carolina). These partnerships have demonstrated consistent ROI of 2-4x investment, validating both clinical effectiveness and financial returns.
