TSMC's global expansion continues with new facilities in Arizona, Japan, and Germany. The company's Arizona fab began chip production in 2024, while the Kumamoto plant in Japan opened the same year. This geographic diversification addresses customer concerns about supply chain concentration while bringing advanced manufacturing capabilities closer to major markets.
