Lancey is a Toronto-based AI engineering platform that builds multiplayer AI agents to automate bug fixes and code reviews for engineering teams. Founded by twin brothers Adi and Abhi Patel (former Ada employees), the company raised $2M in seed funding in October 2022 from investors including Panache Ventures, Y Combinator, and Techstars. Lancey participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2022 batch and pivoted from interactive product demos to focus on collaborative automation that continuously scans codebases, spots high-impact bugs, and autonomously drafts and submits pull requests.
