Kubota Corporation is a Japanese multinational corporation and comprehensive manufacturer of agricultural machinery, construction equipment, engines, and water infrastructure systems. Founded in 1890 and headquartered in Osaka, Japan, Kubota has grown from a producer of cast iron pipes to a global leader in compact and agricultural tractors.

The company produces machinery for both rice farming and dry-field farming, offering a full selection of tractors from small to large sizes for diverse applications and scales. Kubota's product range includes tractors, combines, rice transplanters, hay and forage equipment, utility vehicles, and precision agriculture technology.

Kubota first launched farm tractors in 1960, and the 'Made-in-Japan' Kubota tractors have consistently led the compact and sub-compact tractor market. In 2024, Kubota showcased the New Agri Concept at CES, a 100% electric, fully autonomous tractor demonstrating the company's vision for sustainable, automated agriculture. Under the leadership of CEO Shingo Hanada (who succeeded Yuichi Kitao in 2024), Kubota continues to invest in autonomous systems, electrification, and smart farming solutions.
